Service Apartment: Our services also provide well furnished apartments, fully equipped with beds, TVs, wardrobes, kitchen utensils etc, with all bills inclusive on monthly price
Estate Agents
At Mudia Estate Limited, we are open to partnership and working collaboratively with estate agents. We guarantee a favourable outcome when partnering with us because we liaise with local agents who have properties in their care for long-term rent plans. We render professional services by prioritising the care of the properties. We look forward to working with you at any time.
Our Offers
1. You will still receive the tenant finders fee from the landlord.
2. You will continue to get any management fees if you manage the property for the landlord.
3. You get a monthly commission by helping us find available properties to rent on a long term basis.
